Similarly, through Do Good, he channels his expertise and creativity into assisting clients [such as the Leonardo] in achieving substantial outcomes, employing innovative problem-solving, community navigation and strategic planning.

Michael is known for his innovative thinking and fresh ideas, constantly seeking new ways to address community needs. Most recently, he has been part of a unique set of projects aimed at social impact in housing.

Specifically, the Utah Housing Preservation Fund (UHPF) which has one of the most innovative capital stacks, return structures, and impact delivery in America. He was also instrumental in the development of affordable student housing at Ivory University House that through innovative financing, supports education through scholarships and funding over 100 years.
